From The Heart Home Care is urgently hiring a caregiver for a client in Spartanburg, SC.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent weekday afternoon hours with a steady schedule.
Schedule
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday | 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
➡ 16 hours per week
Client Needs & Requirements
- Assist with light housekeeping, including dusting (client has a dust allergy)
- Help retrieve mail
- Assist with applying lotion to feet and combing hair
- Provide companionship and daily support
- Maintain a calm, quiet environment (client experiences anxiety and is sensitive to loud phone conversations and ringing)
- Client has fibromyalgia, arthritis, and neuropathy, requiring compassionate and attentive care
- Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
What We're Looking For
- Experienced caregiver preferred
- Must be dependable and reliable (attendance is critical)
- Must be comfortable working around small dogs
- Must be patient, compassionate, and attentive to the client's needs
- Comfortable providing light personal care and homemaking assistance
- Strong communication skills
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle (REQUIRED – Uber/Lyft and ride-share services are not accepted for this position)
- MUST BE A SOUTH CAROLINA RESIDENT
- Ability to pass a background check
