We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, taking orders, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued. Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate orders using POS systems, ensuring all special requests are noted.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Follow health and safety regulations while serving food.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or as a Server is required.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as OpenTable is a plus.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Knowledge of culinary terms and menu items is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $29.41 - $35.42 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
