Diversified Transfer & Storage, Inc., a Nationwide Refrigerated LTL Carrier, has an immediate opening for a Janitorial/Cross Dock Technician for our Terminal in Denver, CO. The individual we are looking for must have *excellent time management skills*.
Qualifications
- Cleaning and janitorial experience
- Custodial experience in a commercial setting
- Proficiency in floor care techniques
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Experience in facilities maintenance and porter duties
- Knowledge of buffing procedures and maintenance tasks
-Forklift Experience a plus
-Cold Gear is provided for cleaning the warehouse freezer station.
-Cross Dock training will be available.
Salary: $20 to $23 an hour
