Professional Auto Detailer (Interior & Exterior)
Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX
Compensation: $15–$18/hour + performance-based bonuses and incentives + you keep 100% of your customer tips.
We're looking for a professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional results and outstanding customer service.
This is a mobile auto detailing position. You will work at customer locations throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area, providing premium detailing services directly to clients. The role requires someone who enjoys working independently and takes pride in delivering high-quality results at every customer appointment.
Requirements
- Located in the Dallas–Fort Worth area
- 1+ year of professional interior and exterior auto detailing experience preferred
- Meticulous with exceptional attention to detail ("clean freak" mentality)
- Coachable and willing to follow our proven process
- Punctual, dependable, and committed (no last-minute call-outs or no-shows)
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering 100% satisfaction and earning 5-star Google reviews
- Able to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
- Experience with ceramic coating, paint correction/polishing, window tinting, or other automotive appearance services is a plus. Please list any additional services you can perform in your application.
