Job Title: Direct Service Provider (DSP) - Regional Center
Overview
We are a Regional Center-vendored working with adults with developmental disabilities and mental health disorders. We seek an experienced DSP to provide direct care, supervision, and support.
Key Duties
· Provide direct care and supervision at all times
· Uphold assigned special services responsibilities
· Implement Individual Program Plans (IPP) and Positive Support Plans
· Assist with daily living skills, community integration, and behavioral redirection
· Maintain documentation (daily logs, incident reports)
· Promote and advocate for consumer rights
Qualifications
· Minimum 12 months experience with Regional Center clients
· DSP competency-based training & 12 hrs annual continuing education
· Valid CA driver’s license, CPR/First Aid, HS diploma
· Clean background check, TB/COVID clearance, health clearance
· Must be 18+ (21+ for some roles)
· CPI certification preferred
Compensation
· Part-time/full-time schedules available
Pay: $20.00 per hour
