Key Responsibilities
- Case Management: Lead a diverse caseload of 60–80 active injury files.
- Litigation: Handle all phases of litigation, including high-stakes depositions and court appearances.
- Negotiation: Drive maximum value through strategic settlement negotiations.
- Leadership: Collaborate with and manage a dedicated team of paralegals and support staff.
- Client Care: Maintain high-level interaction and advocacy for our clients.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law.
- Proven track record in litigation and case resolution.
- Strong leadership skills to manage workflow and staff.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $225,000 – $300,000 (commensurate with experience).
- Bonus Structure: 5% of fees generated on your cases (estimated $50,000 – $100,000 annually).
