Responsibilities
Dispense medications accurately and ensure patient safety and compliance.
Provide patient counseling on drug therapies, side effects, and interactions.
Review and authorize prescription orders for legality and appropriateness.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Meet performance targets and contribute to measurable growth within the territory.
Maintain accurate inventory and oversee pharmacy stock levels.
Document and report adverse drug reactions and medication errors.
Leverage data and pipelines to forecast demand and territory potential.
Participate in professional development opportunities to advance clinical and product knowledge.
Demonstrate accountability for individual success while contributing to team goals.
Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain high visibility of daily activities and progress through reporting.
Experience/Qualifications
Licensed pharmacist with current state board certification and license.
Dispense medications accurately; verify dosage, interactions, and contraindications.
Provide patient counseling on therapies, side effects, and adherence strategies.
Review and authorize prescription orders for legality and clinical appropriateness.
Ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, state/federal regs) and internal policies.
Maintain accurate inventory; manage stock levels and supplier relationships.
Document and report adverse drug reactions and medication errors promptly.
Forecast demand and territory potential using data and pipelines.
Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Demonstrate accountability; meet performance targets and track progress via reporting.
Engage in ongoing professional development to advance clinical and product knowledge.
Ability to work onsite; strong visibility of daily activities and results.
Capacity for rapid learning in a growth-oriented, merit-based culture.
Temporary employment status; adapt to project-based or short-term assignments within the territory.
