Commercial Door and Loading Dock Technician
Seeking experienced maintenance and service technician for growing loading dock and commercial door company.
Job Summary and Responsibilities:
- Maintenance, service and installation of various styles of loading docks, commercial doors and related equipment.
- Work safely, responsibly and abide by customer and company safety guidelines and procedures.
- Exhibit professional appearance and conduct while providing excellent Customer Service.
- Able to complete written service reports accurately and in a timely matter.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in Commercial or Residential Door/Dock industry is preferred, however not required.
- Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
- Follows all safety procedures in performing work, as well as company policies.
- Able to work independently or in a team environment.
- Able to complete service reports, timecards and related documentation.
- Communicate well with customers, vendors, company peers and management.
- Ability to safely lift and carry 50 pounds.
- Must be comfortable working on extension ladders, platforms, and scissor lifts.
