We're Hiring
Servers: 3+ years serving experience
- Menu & Beverage Mastery: Possess expert-level knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Anticipatory Service: Provide seamless, unobtrusive service by reading guest cues, anticipating needs, and maintaining dining etiquette
- Order & Course Management: Accurately record and relay orders to the kitchen, pacing and coursing the meal appropriately to ensure a relaxed, premium dining experience
- Side Work & Preparation: Perform pre-shift setup, such as polishing silverware, folding linens, and stocking service stations, execute closing duties
Bartenders: 3+ years restaurant/bar, strong spirit & wine knowledge preferred
- Mixology & Menu Execution: Prepare specialty cocktails and mocktails according to recipes, and prep syrups, infusions
- Guest Experience: Guide customers through craft spirit selections, assess preferences, make tailored recommendations, and provide engaging hospitality
- Bar Operations: Monitor and restock bar inventory, wash glassware, and perform opening and closing stock counts
- Compliance & Safety: Check customer IDs for legal drinking age, monitor intoxication levels, and enforce all local/state alcohol regulations
