Are you friendly, dependable, and passionate about health and fitness? We're looking for an enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist members with a positive and friendly attitude
- Check members in and answer questions
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby
- Assist with membership sales and tours
- Support daily gym operations and provide excellent customer service
What We're Looking For:
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Evening and weekend availability is a must for this position
