Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Facility Services Director to oversee all aspects of facilities management within our community. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical and electrical systems, and facilities operations. As the Facility Services Director, you will lead maintenance teams, coordinate projects, and ensure the seamless operation of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety protocols. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
Duties
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance activities across all community facilities to ensure optimal operational performance.
- Supervise maintenance personnel, providing guidance, training, and leadership to foster a high-performing team.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Coordinate projects
- Develop budgets for maintenance operations while ensuring cost-effective use of resources
- Foster a culture of safety by conducting regular inspections and training
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in facilities management or industrial maintenance environments with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration among diverse technical staff.
- Effective communication skills
Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
