Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items swiftly to meet customer orders in a timely manner
- Follow standardized recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food prep stations and cooking equipment
- Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
- suggest daily specials based on available ingredients and customer preferences
- Ensure all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and presentation standards are met before serving
- Support catering events or special functions as needed, providing excellent food service in high-pressure situations
