Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to track inventory levels, process orders, and update records accurately
- Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment using order picker equipment, pallet jacks, and other tools to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Conduct inventory management activities including stock counting, cycle counts, and stock replenishment to maintain accurate inventory records
- Prepare shipments by packaging products securely according to shipping & receiving standards while ensuring compliance with trade regulations and shipping logistics requirements
- Perform data entry tasks related to order processing, shipping documentation, and inventory updates with precision
- Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock locations, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics is highly preferred
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and MS Office applications
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing
- Valid certification for forklift operation or willingness to obtain one upon hire is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for data entry and stock management
- Knowledge of international trade regulations, trade compliance standards, and shipping logistics is a plus
- Physical ability to lift heavy items regularly, stand for extended periods, and operate warehouse equipment safely
- Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and supporting customer service initiatives
