What we’re looking for
We need friendly, reliable Hair Stylists or Barbers who:
- Hold a valid Barbering or Cosmetology license.
- Love working with children.
- Show up on time, ready to work.
- Can thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Are open to feedback and eager to grow.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide quality haircuts and a positive experience for every child.
- Bring your own clippers, trimmers, and scissors (we provide the rest!).
- Answer parent questions and recommend products when needed.
- Offer expert advice on hair care routines, products, and styling techniques to enhance client satisfaction
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations after each service
- Utilize salon software to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently
- Provide specialized services including shampooing, hair styling, blow drying, etc. to diversify client offerings
Requirements
- Valid Cosmetology or Barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of sanitation practices
- Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients about their desired looks and recommend appropriate treatments
- Excellent Customer Service skills
