American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager for a 13-week travel contract at a Magnet-designated, Level II Trauma acute care hospital in Alaska, with Epic proficiency and acute care experience required.

Works in a Case Management unit within a 407-bed Magnet-designated, Level II Trauma, acute care hospital recognized as a USNWR Best Hospital in Alaska

Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours; shift start times vary between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM
-
Every other weekend required, or 4 weekend days per 4-week schedule

Floating between all facilities within the state is required; refusal to float may result in assignment termination

No on-call requirements

Charting performed in Epic

Scrubs are provided by the facility

Free on-site parking available

Active Alaska (AK) RN license currently in hand — required for consideration

Current BLS certification required
-
Accredited Case Manager (ACM) certification preferred

Epic EMR experience required
-
Acute care experience required
-
Minimum 1 year of RN experience required

At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting required for consideration

Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not accepted

First-time travelers are welcome to apply

Former permanent employees of the facility must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler

RTO is limited to one request of 5 days or fewer per 13-week assignment; no holiday RTO

Previous work history at any Providence facility (permanent, travel, or per-diem) must be disclosed, including location and dates
