Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be a licensed Massachusetts Tattoo Artist.
- Obtain and maintain all required permits and approvals through the local Board of Health/City.
- Maintain all required professional licenses and insurance, if applicable.
- Sign an Independent Booth Rental Agreement.
- Operate as an independent contractor in compliance with all applicable state and local regulations.
