Job Summary
Come on board & bring your team or build one organically from within.
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead a team of 15-25 reps at one of Orange County's quickest growing Debt Relief Sales Floors!
We have a combination of expensive mail marketing leads & in house telemarketers trained to deliver each rep 7-14 apps per day.
Average Debt Load Lead: $53k Average Debt Load Enrolled: $38k

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase enrollments and sales quota
- Listen in & coach reps on live calls.
- Script building/reworking
- Ensuring each rep is getting the support they need to succeed.
- Weekly sales trainings and coaching opportunities
- Daily managing of team members schedules
- Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize team effectiveness.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, motivation, and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales management or a similar role within the debt relief, mortgage, tax relief or phone sales industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Being able to critically think without always being told what to do.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and increasing revenue.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- In-depth knowledge of debt relief options, including consolidation, settlement, and bankruptcy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
