About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Jewelry Sales Associate to join our luxury retail team in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This position is ideal for a polished sales professional with a passion for fine jewelry, exceptional customer service skills, and a proven ability to drive sales.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and create an inviting, high‑trust shopping environment
- Assist clients in selecting jewelry pieces based on their preferences and needs
- Present and demonstrate products, highlighting craftsmanship and styling options
- Upsell and recommend complementary items to increase customer satisfaction and sales
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays and ensure proper stocking
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and proper cash‑handling procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
- Support inventory management and merchandising tasks in a fast‑paced retail setting
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience required; jewelry or luxury retail experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills; bilingual candidates highly valued
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math
- Experience with product demos, upselling, and merchandising
- Ability to assist with stocking and inventory management
- Excellent customer service and professional phone etiquette
- Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay + commission on sales
