Job Title: Rollback Operator
Location: Dandridge and Gray, TN
Overview:
We are a reputable local repossession company looking for a skilled and dedicated Rollback Operator to join our team. This position is primarily focused on voluntary pickups of vehicles across our service areas, specifically in Dandridge and Gray, TN. We are seeking someone who is reliable, capable of working independently, and experienced in handling rollback towing.
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate rollback tow trucks to pick up vehicles, primarily on a voluntary basis.
- Ensure that all vehicles are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Accurately complete all necessary documentation for each pickup.
- Communicate with dispatch and management to ensure proper scheduling and coordination of jobs.
- Maintain the company truck in good working order and report any mechanical issues.
- Provide excellent customer service during each interaction with vehicle owners and clients.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver license and clean driving record.
- Prior experience operating rollback tow trucks preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Good communication skills, both with customers and team members.
- Ability to handle potentially stressful situations with professionalism.
- Flexible schedule, as some pickups may be required outside of standard hours.
