Daily Duties of an Entry Level Assistant Manager
- Support daily campaign operations and help ensure smooth execution of Verizon FiOS initiatives.
- Assist with coaching, mentoring, and guiding team members as they develop their skills.
- Monitor customer engagement activities and help track campaign performance goals.
- Support training efforts focused on team development, communication, and customer service strategies.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, teammates, and internal leadership.
- Partner with management to support company objectives and improve team performance.
- Develop practical knowledge of leadership, business operations, communication, and management strategies.
