In this position...
- Work Order Billing System Administration for Construction Services and Site Operations Management
- Act as a liaison with the FRCSS Controller’s office as well as customer finance offices
- Coordinate with Ford Land Project Managers for tracking of projects related to Rouge Site
- Ensure correct and authorized funding is received and set up with accurate accounting
- Open and / or adjust work orders for management
- Act as a liaison for the department with customers regarding cost balances and /or billing issues
- Create and maintain recap reports for management review
- Create purchase orders as needed
- Assist with invoice reconciliation and payment
- Schedule and coordinate department meetings as necessary
- Assist managers and supervisors with various tasks as needed
- Contribute with cost estimating exercises for upcoming projects
- Project management of assigned tasks

- Proficient in use of Microsoft applications - Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

This position is a salary grade 5 and ranges from $65,100-$109,300.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
