Key Qualifications:
- Valid and active Physical Therapist license in Illinois
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly preferred

- Thorough understanding of developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services for K-12 students, adapting interventions to address specific educational needs
- Conduct evaluations to assess students’ physical development and functional status
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with educators, administrators, and parents to ensure the best outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for assessments, treatments, and meetings
- Offer guidance and training to educational staff on mobility, equipment, and classroom modifications as needed
