What will I be doing?
We are seeking dynamic personalities to work on our Sales Gallery team! Sales Reception Coordinators are responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our internal and external guests.
Coordinate as a Sales Front Desk Agent and work closely with Sales and Marketing Departments:
- Track daily and training attendance for the Sales team.
- Set daily sales rotation and maintain accurate data entry in all data systems.
- Check in guests for their sales presentation and assign appropriate team members with accuracy.
- Answer all phone calls and direct to the appropriate team members or departments.
Have fun as a Gifting Agent and assist guests with their vacation plans; including show's and dinner's:
- Issue and manage premiums and complete reconciliation, nightly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
- Assist guests with dinner or activity reservations, as needed.
Energize guests with refreshments and snacks as a Kitchen Agent:
- Take inventory and stock all kitchen supplies.
- Keep all refreshment areas clean and stocked, at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $17.75 per hour
