POSITION SUMMARY
We're looking for reliable, hands-on people to join our 2nd shift manufacturing team. This role supports production by following blueprints and simple work instructions to help produce quality parts. It's a great fit for someone who is mechanically inclined, hands-on, and comfortable reading a blueprint. No manufacturing experience is required, we're looking for a dependable, quick learner who takes pride in doing the job right, and we'll train the rest.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform hands-on production tasks following blueprints and work instructions during 2nd shift
- Read and follow blueprints and work instructions to produce parts correctly
- Perform basic quality checks using hand measuring tools (calipers, tape measure, gauges, Micrometers)
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required:
- Mechanically inclined with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to read and follow basic blueprints and work instructions
- Comfortable using basic measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.)
- Reliable attendance and availability to work 2nd shift
- Strong math skills
- Able to lift 25 lbs.
Preferred:
- Prior manufacturing, production experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with hand tools or precision measuring equipment
- Willingness to learn machine operation on the job
