Be the voice of Apex Pharmacy Solutions as a Customer Care Technician. You will be the trusted point of contact for patients and providers — delivering empathetic, accurate support across calls, texts, and emails in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities
Patient & Provider Communication
› Manage 60–100 inbound and outbound calls daily with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism.
› Handle patient communication across multiple channels — calls, text, and email.
› Provide clear solutions to inquiries about orders, shipping, payments, and prescription processing.
› Accurately process payments and maintain proper financial records.
Collaboration & Performance
› Partner closely with pharmacists and technicians to support seamless patient care.
› Uphold high standards of quality, compliance, and accuracy in every patient interaction.
› Commit to performance metrics: call quality, productivity, attendance, and schedule adherence.
› Stay organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in resolving patient needs.
Qualifications
Required
› Active Texas Pharmacy Technician license (TSBP).
› Current PTCB or NHA CPhT certification.
› High school diploma or GED; clean criminal record.
› Prior pharmacy technician experience.
Preferred
› Customer service or call center experience in pharmacy/healthcare.
› Retail or compounding pharmacy patient care experience.
› Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LifeFile pharmacy management system.
› Familiarity with Freshworks or similar CRM/helpdesk platforms.

Pay: $21.94 - $26.43 per hour
