Join a drywall and framing contractor supporting the construction of a large-scale data center project in Reno, NV. This role offers the opportunity to oversee safety for interior framing, drywall installation, elevated work activities, material handling, and daily construction operations while serving as a visible field presence and trusted safety resource for the project team.

Oversee daily safety activities for drywall and framing construction operations

Maintain a strong field presence and actively engage with supervisors and craft personnel

Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and risk assessments

Monitor elevated work activities, fall protection systems, and material handling operations

Lead incident investigations and corrective action implementation
-
Deliver new hire orientations and ongoing safety training
-
Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), permits, and pre-task plans
-
Maintain accurate digital safety documentation, reports, and compliance records

Track workforce training, certifications, and project compliance requirements
-
Collaborate with project teams to proactively identify and mitigate hazards
-
Serve as the project's "eyes and ears" by identifying risks before incidents occur
-
Promote a positive safety culture across the project
CHST Certification or higher (ASP, CSP, SMS, etc.)
Drywall and framing construction safety experience
Data center construction experience
Experience supporting large commercial or industrial projects
Experience with digital safety management systems
Experience working in fast-paced construction environments
