John Leads Company is looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Associate to join our team. No previous experience is required—we provide paid training and teach you everything you need to know. In this role, you'll assist customers, answer questions, recommend services that fit their needs, and help create a positive customer experience. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service. Answer questions about our services. Recommend additional services or upgrades when appropriate. Assist with customer inquiries in person, by phone, and online. Schedule appointments and maintain accurate customer information. Create invoices and process customer paperwork. Work with the team to maintain an organized workplace. Learn our products and services through company training. Qualifications No experience required—we will train. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable and punctual. Comfortable speaking with customers. Basic computer skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required. Schedule Flexible scheduling available. Part-time and full-time positions. Shifts may vary. Pay & Benefits Starting pay: $15.00–$15.50 per hour. Paid training. Opportunities for advancement.
