We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of home health, senior care, and direct support services. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to perform various tasks that may include heavy lifting and personal assistance.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance.
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers to ensure their safety and comfort.
- Monitor and record patient health status, reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Support clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping tasks.
- Engage clients in social activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients by adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers as needed to deliver comprehensive care.
Experience
- Previous experience in home health, senior care, or direct support roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with CPR techniques is a plus.
- Experience working in assisted living facilities or group homes is advantageous.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by client needs.
- A compassionate approach towards caregiving with excellent interpersonal skills.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
