Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, caring, and compassionate Pelvic Floor and/or Obstetric Physical Therapist to join our specialty pelvic floor therapy clinic.
Our clinic focuses on one-on-one treatment sessions with our patients. Our goal is individualized care and attention and we are dedicated to providing the highest standards of care to each of our patients. We offer physical therapy sessions and general wellness.
What we offer:
- Average caseload of 8 patients a day with 1-2 hour treatment sessions
- Tuesday-Friday scheduling (with the ability for flexible scheduling into evenings if you would like)
- Collaboration, quarterly labs, and monthly mentorship with a great team of physical therapists who specialize!
- Relocation budget of $3,000
- Paid CEUS to a certain amount
Requirements to apply:
- Illinois Licensure
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree (or if you are an occupational therapist and interested, please reach out)
- Practice in pelvic health and at least one Level 1 pelvic floor course
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Certification in trigger point dry needling preferred (or will train)
- Strong clinical, communication, and customer service skills are required for this environment

Effingham Pelvic Health & Wellness is a pelvic floor therapy clinic focusing on pregnancy and postpartum care as well as bladder, bowel, and sexual health. It opened in fall 2021 and continues to grow. The team currently consists of 3 physical therapists and two patient care coordinators. We believe in one hour treatment sessions and up to two hour evaluations to fully address all issues from pain, bowel, bladder, and sexual health symptoms. The patients have often seen other doctors before arriving at our specialty clinic.
