This job isn't for everyone.
If you're looking for a list of leads to call every morning, this isn't it.
If you like building real relationships, winning business, and controlling your own paycheck — keep reading.
Why this job is worth your next five years
We've been helping food companies seal millions of bags every year for decades. Bakeries. School cafeterias. Food producers. Distributors. The product works — and customers reorder for years.
That matters to you because recurring revenue means your commission doesn't reset to zero every month. You close a deal, you keep earning. You build a book of business that actually compounds.
No micromanaged territory. No ceiling on what you can earn. Remote flexibility. AI tools built into how we work. And a real path forward — the people who win here don't stay entry-level.
What you'll actually own
Picture this.
Monday morning you're on the phone with a bakery owner in Texas. After lunch you're running a demo for a school district nutrition director. By end of day you've landed a distributor who could reorder for years.
That's the job. Full cycle. Start to finish.
- Prospect, qualify, demo, and close
- Build relationships across food production, bakeries, schools, and distribution
- Use AI every single day — research, outreach, prep, follow-up. Not optional. Expected.
- Log every call, conversation, and quote in Zoho CRM
- Own your numbers and show up knowing them
You'll fit here if:
- You don't wait for deals to happen. You make the call. You ask the hard questions. You follow up when everyone else quits. And when it's time, you confidently ask for the order.
- You like to keep score. Closing deals gets your heart rate up.
- You communicate like a human — not a template.
- You actually know how to use AI, not just talk about it.
- You want to build something, not just work somewhere.
1–2 years in sales preferred. Food, packaging, or equipment background is a plus — not required. What we care about is what you've closed and how you closed it.
The mission, if that matters to you
You'll help school cafeterias feed kids. Bakeries keep product fresh. Food companies cut waste. Distributors keep shelves moving.
That's real. Food packaging is more important than it sounds — and the people buying it are your peers. They're running operations and making purchasing decisions every day. Show up prepared. Communicate clearly. Don't waste their time.

- Clear path to grow — senior sales, national accounts, major accounts, international — the opportunity is real if you perform
