We are seeking a licensed esthetician who is confident in both skin treatments and client consultation.
This is not a traditional “facial-only” position.
This role is focused on skin correction, client education, and guiding clients into customized treatment plans and home-care solutions.
You will work in a results-driven, luxury environment where your ability to communicate, recommend, and convert directly impacts your income.
What You’ll Do
- Perform professional skin consultations and identify client concerns
- Educate clients on skin health, aging, and corrective treatment options
- Deliver non-invasive aesthetic treatments (facial promos, LED, lifting/tightening protocols)
- Recommend and close personalized treatment plans and skincare regimens
- Guide clients toward long-term results, not one-time services
- Maintain a high-end client experience from consultation through checkout
- Track and improve personal performance (conversion rate, client retention, revenue per client)
- Have availability 5-days a week minimum.

What We’re Looking For:
- Active Ohio Esthetician License
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Professional appearance and attitude

- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends preferred
