Pay: $106,000 - $182,000 / 15% annual bonus
Schedule: Hybrid Schedule - 25% travel

The Senior Electrical Engineer supports power generation operations by performing advanced engineering work that requires independent judgment and problem-solving in complex situations. This role is responsible for the design, planning, installation, operation, evaluation, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment used in the production and delivery of energy. The position supports a wide range of infrastructure across generation and energy delivery systems while providing technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members.
Job Description:
Perform complex electrical engineering work supporting power generation and energy delivery systems.
Design, evaluate, and support electrical systems and equipment used in power generation facilities.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot electrical equipment to improve reliability and efficiency.
Support system upgrades, capital projects, testing, and commissioning activities.
Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to meet plant performance goals.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant reliability and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
- 7+ years of related electrical engineering experience
