Job Title: Personal Care Attendant
** Part time position, must be able to work weekends**
Responsibilities: As a Personal Care Attendant, you will assist residents with full transfers using hoyer lifts, bladder and bowel care, bathing, dressing, housekeeping, cooking, and feeding (meal assistance).
Qualifications:
* A proactive attitude toward assisting individuals with physical disabilities in activities of daily living.
* A positive and encouraging approach with residents and staff.
* Punctuality, good attendance, strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
* Commitment to a person-centered approach to care delivery.
Personal Care Attendant Duties:
Assist residents with varying physical disabilities with activities of daily living, including but not limited to:
* Grooming, dressing, and medication assistance.
* Bladder and bowel care.
* Transferring, turning, and repositioning.
* Meal Assistance and laundry.
* Documenting performed tasks accurately.
Pay: Starting at \$20/hour, with an additional \$1/hour for good attendance and \$1/hour for working every weekend.
Shift: 6am-3pm
Location: Station 162 Apartments - 304 SE 162nd Ave, Portland, OR 97233
