Position Overview
The Regional Director – FreshlyGo leads the operational and commercial performance of their region, ensuring excellence across partner stores, commissary distribution, and franchise operations. This role is ideal for a driven, people-oriented leader who thrives on improving execution, growing sales, and fostering strong relationships with franchisees, store partners, and regional teams. You’ll serve as the primary connection between FreshlyGo Operations and our retail partners—ensuring each location consistently meets brand, safety, and profitability standards while driving innovation and scalability within your region.
Job Responsibilities

Operational Leadership - Oversee daily operations across your assigned region to ensure all stores and franchise units meet FreshlyGo’s standards for quality, food safety, and presentation.

Performance & Profitability - Analyze P&L statements, drive sales initiatives, and ensure labor and food-cost targets are achieved.

Training & Development - Coach Regional Managers and Field Leaders to improve execution, compliance, and engagement.

Retail Partnership - Maintain strong communication with Publix, Kroger, and other retail partners—addressing issues quickly and ensuring seamless collaboration.

Compliance & Food Safety - Ensure 100% completion of Safety Culture Logs and adherence to all local, state, and partner food safety regulations.

Strategic Growth - Identify new business opportunities, optimize store layouts, and support expansion projects across new territories.

Data-Driven Execution - Use operational metrics and audit data to diagnose problems and implement continuous improvement plans.

Leadership & Culture - Foster a culture of accountability, positivity, and innovation across all team members and franchise partners.

Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.

Key Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.

Minimum 3+ years in a multi-unit leadership role (Director or equivalent level).

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Strong operational knowledge in fresh food, commissary, or franchise environments.

Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze KPIs, and implement growth plans.

Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Experience with P&L management, audits, and team development.

Flexibility to travel regionally and occasionally work weekends as required.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
