- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and safety regulations to optimize efficiency while maintaining compliance with health standards.
- Oversee industrial cleaning procedures for large-scale facilities or equipment, ensuring thoroughness and safety compliance.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed to maintain operational readiness.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards are met or exceeded.
- Enforce safety regulations related to chemical handling, equipment use, and general workplace safety to protect staff and guests alike.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles within hospitality or commercial settings with demonstrated supervisory responsibilities.
