Lead Generator Specialist (Part-Time/Weekend-Only)
About the Role
Solo Tile & Stone is hiring motivated, performance driven Lead Generator Specialists to work inside various Costco locations in the East Bay and surrounding areas.
This position focuses on lead generation. Your job is to start conversations with Costco members and schedule in-home consultations for our sales team.
This role requires confidence, persistence, and strong people skills. You will interact with hundreds of people each shift. Candidates without a sales mindset or who struggle with rejection will not succeed in this position.
We hold our team to clear performance standards. Lead Generation Specialists are expected to generate a minimum of 2 qualified leads per shift. This is a requirement of the role.
What You'll Do
· Represent Solo Tile & Stone at Costco locations
· Start conversations with Costco members and introduce our products and services
· Generate and submit qualified leads for in-home consultations
· Meet the required performance standard of 2 qualified leads per shift
· Maintain a professional presence and high energy throughout your shift
· Accurately submit lead information and follow company procedures
Requirements
· Travel to Costco locations. Must have a reliable vehicle that can transport a kiosk/samples (4 door vehicle is minimum requirement. a 2 door vehicle won't work)
· Driver's license (must show proof)
· Clean and Professional
· Able to speak clearly
· Fill out member information on a smart device
· Ability to stand (if possible) for long periods of time
· Set up display on Saturday morning and break down the display at the end of your shift on Sunday. Must be able to store the display at home and transport the display to your next location
· Must be able to lift 20lbs
· Saturday/Sunday only 8:30am to 5:30pm
DRESS
· Business casual - jeans ok (no holes) - casual shoes ok - button up or collared shirt required - no tees
SHIFT AVAILABLE:
Saturday and Sunday 8:30am to 5:30pm (includes two 15-min paid breaks and one hour unpaid lunch)
COMPENSATION
· $20 per hour
· $50 bonus for 10 or more leads generated in a weekend
· $100 bonus for each lead sold (paid after job is completed)
· $20 gas stipend per weekend
· Pay is bi-weekly on Friday
