Duties:
- Create detailed shop drawings based on architectural plans
- Interpret construction documents, specs, and field dimensions
- Coordinate with project managers and estimators
- Prepare submittals for client approval
- Revise drawings as needed per redlines or comments
Skills:
- Experience with AutoCAD or other drafting software
- Knowledge of glazing systems and impact-rated windows/doors
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read architectural drawings and translate into shop drawings
Preferred:
- Previous experience in the window and door industry
- Familiarity with brands like ES Windows, PGT, CGI, or similar

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
