We are building a high-performance sales organization and are looking for an ambitious Inside Sales Coordinator who will become the engine behind our sales team.
This is not a traditional customer service position. This is a sales-focused role responsible for generating opportunities, supporting our Roofing Consultants, qualifying homeowners, and helping drive company revenue.
Position Overview
The Inside Sales Coordinator & Financing Specialist is responsible for managing the front end of the sales funnel.
This role serves as the primary point of contact for company-generated leads and is responsible for:
- Lead qualification
- Appointment setting
- Follow-up and lead nurturing
- Financing assistance
- CRM management
- Sales support
The ideal candidate combines the communication skills of an inside sales professional with the consultative abilities of a financing specialist.
Primary ResponsibilitiesLead Qualification & Appointment Setting
- Contact all inbound leads immediately.
- Make outbound calls to homeowners.
- Re-engage aged leads and unsold estimates.
- Qualify homeowners based on project needs and timelines.
- Schedule inspections and consultations for Roofing Consultants.
- Confirm appointments and maximize show rates.
- Execute follow-up campaigns through phone, text, and email.
Sales Support
- Support Roofing Consultants before and after appointments.
- Maintain sales pipeline activity.
- Ensure leads are progressing through the sales process.
- Track appointment outcomes and next actions.
- Assist management in monitoring lead conversion metrics.
- Support referral and customer retention programs.
Financing Assistance
- Educate homeowners on available financing programs.
- Assist customers with financing applications.
- Help identify financing opportunities early in the sales process.
- Coordinate financing approvals with lending partners.
- Remove financial barriers that prevent homeowners from moving forward.
- Support sales representatives by ensuring financing-ready appointments.
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Track all communication activities.
- Monitor lead status and pipeline progression.
- Generate reports related to lead conversion and sales activity.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up compliance.
Homeowner Experience
- Deliver a professional and consultative customer experience.
- Build trust quickly with homeowners.
- Provide timely communication and follow-up.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact throughout the sales process.

Compensation StructureBase Salary
$45,000–$55,000
Appointment Quality Bonus

Expected Earnings: $90,000–$120,000+
