Qualifications
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK
- MUST have janitorial supervisory experience
- Experience in commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance and custodial duties.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and procedures.
- Reliable transportation to visit locations
Experience
- Janitoiral supervisory: 2 years (Preferred)
Duties
- Meet with customers to ensure service satisfaction
- Provide oversight of janitorial teams
- Conduct inspections
- Train new employees
- Respond to problems and requests
- Ensure budgets are being maintained
- Fill staffing requirements as needed
