About Charlie’s Collectible Show
Charlie’s Collectible Show (CCS) is a rapidly growing collectibles marketplace and event business operating large physical locations and events across multiple markets.
As CCS continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced Director of Operations to build and lead the operating structure necessary to support our next stage of growth.
We are looking for someone who has already experienced the challenges of scaling a growing multi-location business and understands how to build the people, processes, accountability, and operating systems that allow a company to grow without becoming dependent on its founder.
The Role
The Director of Operations will oversee operations across all CCS locations and will be responsible for developing the managers, systems, standards, and accountability needed to operate consistently as the company expands. You will work directly with the President/Vice President and become the senior leader responsible for day-to-day operations across the organization.
Your job is to build an organization that solves those problems through strong managers, clear systems, measurable expectations, and accountability.
This position requires approximately 50% travel between current and future CCS markets.

- Identify operational gaps and establish mechanisms to establish tighter controls
- Develop and maintain SOPs, checklists, workflows, and operating standards
- Turn informal or founder-dependent processes into documented, repeatable systems

- Work directly with ownership on the operational side of expansion
- Develop repeatable new-location opening procedures
- Build opening timelines and operational checklists
- Recruit and train new-location management teams
- Coordinate operational readiness before launch
- Spend significant time on-site during new-location openings and stabilization
- Conduct post-opening reviews and improve the opening process for future locations
