This is an ideal role for a strong communicator and problem-solver who loves structure, data, and collaboration—and isn’t afraid to jump in where needed.
What You’ll Do:

Support and coach clinic managers and leadership teams across multiple locations

Ensure operational consistency, policy compliance, and best practices

Track and analyze performance metrics using Excel, Google Docs, and reporting tools

Assist with scheduling, coverage, call-out tracking, and workflow efficiency

Help drive sales, membership growth, and guest satisfaction
-
Partner with leadership on training, onboarding, and accountability

Communicate clearly and professionally with managers, teams, and ownership

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Computer-savvy and confident using:

Microsoft Excel & Word

Google Docs, Sheets, and shared calendars

Excellent multitasker who can manage priorities across locations

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Leadership or multi-unit management experience preferred (spa, retail, or service industry a plus)
