Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Merchandiser / Designer to join our vibrant retail team! In this role, you will be responsible for developing eye-catching visual bewuty items , executing effective merchandising products , and supporting store management in creating an engaging shopping environment. Your expertise will help enhance brand presence, optimize product placement, and drive sales growth. Responsibilities
- Design and implement compelling beauty items and planograms that align with branding guidelines and marketing campaigns.
- Manage stock levels, organize inventory, and oversee stock replenishment to ensure optimal product availability.
- Collaborate with management on remodeling projects, interior design updates, and improvements to product selections.
- Use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to create promotional materials, signage, and schematics for store displays.
- Supervise merchandising staff, providing training and development to uphold visual standards and operational efficiency.
- Conduct manual handling and heavy lifting during stock movement, remodeling tasks, or cleaning activities to maintain a safe environment.
- Utilize POS systems for sales transactions, pricing adjustments, and cash handling while maintaining accurate retail math calculations.
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in retail or visual merchandising roles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for graphic design tasks.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and branding strategies.
- Multilingual skills are a plus to communicate effectively with diverse teams and customers.
- Knowledge of schematics, planograms, and interior design concepts relevant to retail environments.
- Experience with store management, inventory control, stock stocking, and POS systems.
- Ability to lead training sessions on merchandising techniques, customer service excellence, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills combined with organizational skills for managing multiple projects efficiently.
- Familiarity with remodeling processes, interior design principles, ladder use for high displays, heavy lifting requirements, manual handling safety procedures, cleaning routines, and retail math calculations.
