Job Overview
Core iV Health & Wellness Center is seeking experienced Nurses and Paramedics to join our growing Concierge and Special Events Team.
This is not a position for someone who occasionally starts IVs. We are looking for clinicians who start IVs regularly and confidently. Our clients are awake, paying for a premium experience, and expect a smooth, comfortable stick. Candidates will be tested on IV skills during the interview process.

What You'll Be Doing
- Providing mobile IV therapy services throughout Northern Virginia
- Working private in-home appointments
- Working corporate wellness events
- Supporting athletic, wellness, and community events
- Setting up and breaking down equipment
- Delivering exceptional client experiences
- Maintaining accurate documentation and communication
Compensation
- $45 per hour
- Potential for client tips
- Additional compensation available for longer-distance travel
- Opportunities for additional income through special events and possibly filling in in-office
Time begins upon arrival at the job site and ends when you leave the job site.
Check-in and check-out procedures are mandatory for all assignments.
Requirements
- Active RN, EMT-P, or Paramedic license/certification
- Current BLS certification
- Strong IV insertion skills
- Reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to pick up supplies and products from our Herndon, VA location prior to scheduled assignments
