Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Delivery Driver/Supervisor to join our team in the Latrobe, Everett area. This role combines the hands-on responsibilities of delivering tires, tubes and wheels with leadership duties to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely transporting tires, supervising delivery processes, and maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism. Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 26 foot box truck and adhering strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards.
- Load, unload, and secure tires using manual handling techniques.
- Plan efficient delivery routes using mobile devices and GPS tools to optimize time and fuel consumption.
- Supervise delivery drivers, providing guidance on safe driving practices, load management, and customer interactions.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, route logs, and incident reports to ensure compliance with safety regulations using Samsara.
Skills
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with knowledge of route driving and delivery procedures.
- Strong understanding of commercial truck driving and safe lifting practices.
- Familiarity with DOT regulations, weight handling in the workplace, and adherence to traffic laws.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to operate mobile devices for route navigation, reporting, and communication purposes.
- Leadership qualities necessary for supervising drivers and coordinating daily delivery activities effectively.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
