Front Desk Representative / Guest Relations Agent

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest and owner customer service
- Answer inbound calls and assist with reservations
- Convert inquiries into bookings and process payments
- Assist with check-in, rental agreements, guest app, parking, and property questions
- Provide recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and activities
- Create and follow up on maintenance work orders
- Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and property management teams
- Perform guest welcome calls as needed
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, outgoing, and enjoys working with people! Strong communication, customer service, sales, and multitasking skills are important.
Knowledge of the Destin/Fort Walton Beach area is preferred. Experience with TRACK, Microsoft, Onity, and Kaba is a plus.
Schedule & Benefits
- Full-Time
- Shifts between 7 AM–11 PM
- Weekend availability required
- Up to $20/hour
