As our company continues to expand, so does our marketing team—and we're looking for a talented Graphic Designer who wants to do more than simply create graphics.
We're looking for someone who wants to help build a brand.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating polished, high-converting marketing materials while also helping shape the visual identity of a growing company. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing team to create everything from paid advertising and social media graphics to sales materials, client campaigns, training manuals, event displays, and print collateral.

What You'll Do
You'll be involved in a wide variety of creative projects, including:
- Design paid advertising creatives for Meta campaigns that generate leads for aesthetic and wellness businesses
- Partner with our Paid Ads Specialist to create graphics that support campaign performance and conversions
- Design before-and-after treatment graphics using Regenesis-approved imagery
- Create promotional graphics for product launches, treatment specials, and seasonal campaigns
- Customize marketing materials using client branding while maintaining Regenesis quality standards
- Design social media graphics for both Regenesis and our clients
- Create print-ready materials including brochures, flyers, banners, coupons, window clings, trade show materials, and promotional pieces
- Design sales presentations, training manuals, product guides, and internal documents
- Help strengthen and evolve the Regenesis visual brand across every customer touchpoint
- Organize design assets, templates, and brand libraries for efficient team collaboration
- Manage projects and timelines through monday.com
- Collaborate with the marketing team to bring new creative ideas to life
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is equal parts creative, strategic, and detail-oriented.
The ideal candidate doesn't just make things look good—they understand how thoughtful design builds trust, strengthens a brand, and helps drive business growth.
You enjoy taking ownership of projects, communicating clearly, and producing work you're proud of.
Required Qualifications
- Strong graphic design portfolio showcasing both digital and print work
- Experience creating marketing graphics for social media, advertising, and promotional campaigns
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, spacing, color theory, and branding
- Ability to create polished, premium designs for luxury, wellness, healthcare, or lifestyle brands
- Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience preparing print-ready files
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Experience
While not required, we'd love to see experience in:
- Medical aesthetics, med spas, wellness, beauty, fitness, healthcare, or luxury brands
- Paid advertising creative (Meta/Facebook/Instagram)
- Brand development or visual identity design
- Sales presentations, brochures, training materials, or product collateral
- Before-and-after treatment marketing
- Marketing focused on lead generation and conversions
