Anderson Trucking Service (ATS) is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Carrier Compliance Specialist to join our team in St. Cloud, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our carrier network meets all company, regulatory, and insurance compliance requirements. You will support the onboarding of new carriers, maintain carrier records, and help ensure ongoing compliance across ATS Logistics and its subsidiary companies.

What You'll Do
As a Carrier Compliance Specialist, you will:
- Manage the carrier onboarding process by collecting, validating, and reviewing required documentation.
- Verify carrier data within ATS Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Monitor and maintain ongoing carrier compliance requirements, including insurance validation and updates.
- Investigate and resolve exceptions within automated carrier compliance processes.
- Troubleshoot issues with third-party compliance and monitoring platforms.
- Communicate directly with carriers, owners, managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding onboarding, contracts, insurance, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct due diligence and detailed research before approving new carriers.
- Verify agents, subsidiaries, and subcontractors associated with carrier organizations.
- Support company initiatives and uphold ATS's Mission, Vision, Values, and Employee Competencies.
- Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a customer-focused or administrative environment.
- Transportation, logistics, or supply chain industry experience.
- Experience working with compliance, onboarding, documentation, or data validation processes.
