About Digs Dog Care
Digs is a premium dog care company offering DayPlay, Overnight Stays, Grooming, and Training across multiple locations nationwide. We're built on a simple belief: every pup deserves to feel safe, loved, and at home — and every team member plays a real role in making that happen. Our shared ownership program means employees don't just work here, they have a stake in it.
About the role
Dog daycare attendants (we call them Pack Leaders) are the heart of the daily experience at Paws & Claws —responsible for the hands-on supervision, safety, and care of every dog in our daycare and boarding programs. This role requires a genuine love for animals, sharp observational skills, and the ability to stay calm and proactive in a fast-paced environment. Pack Leaders maintain the cleanliness of our facility, monitor dog health and behavior, and communicate any concerns promptly to their supervisor. A Pack Leader embodies the Paws & Claws and Digs standard: treating every pup like family and delivering the premium, attentive care our pet parents count on.

At 6 months, medical benefits become available to full-time teammates, and after one year you can join our DigIn Shared Ownership Program — because we believe the people who build Digs Dog Care Resorts should share in its success. Many locations also offer teammates discounted DayPlay as a little extra perk.
