We are a jewelry shop located in Compton, CA looking for an experienced bench jeweler to join our team.
Job Duties
- Ring sizing (resize up/down)
- Chain sizing / shortening
- Stone setting (prong, bezel, pave)
- Stone tightening / re-setting
- Soldering & repair
- Polishing & finishing
- Prong re-tipping
- Basic custom work (as needed)
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a bench jeweler / goldsmith
- Proficient in ring and chain sizing
- Experience with stone setting (prong, bezel, pave)
- Skilled in soldering, polishing, and finishing
- Ability to work with 10K/14K solid gold
- Own basic hand tools (preferred)
- Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Reliable and able to meet deadlines
Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
