The Iten Agency is looking for an experienced, (Preferred minimum of 2 years, current Florida experience) LICENSED 440, 2044 or 220 personal lines account manager in our Sunrise or Port Orange offices. The Iten agency has been serving Florida since the 1960's and are a third generation, independent agency. The position is for our service team in Sunrise or Port Orange and includes customer correspondence, follow up, requotes, rewrites, payments, changes, updates and more for our personal lines customers (homeowners, auto, umbrella, inland marine, boat, ATV, RV, toys (golf cart, etc.) and flood). Additionally provide assistance and back up to our personal lines producers. This is an in office position only.
Our winning candidate will have the following:
* Bi-Lingual, English/Spanish, is preferred.
* Experience with rating and servicing in all personal lines products.
* Enthusiastic, positive and team driven attitude are a must.
* Brokerage markets experience for E & S policies including umbrella, home, flood and fire.
* Excellent customer service and working knowledge of current carriers and their websites.
* Working knowledge of Applied EPIC and Applied Rater preferred.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
* Excellent organizational skills
* The ability to work in a fast paced, very busy office.
* Salary plus benefits after 90 days. Salary is commensurate with experience.
